Privacy policy
Draft for organiser and legal review. This text is not legal advice. Updated 28 October 2026.
Information we collect
We collect your name, Indian mobile number, email address, optional Instagram handle and costume idea, consent timestamps, ticket status and check-in status. We retain Razorpay order and payment identifiers, payment amount and status. Razorpay processes payment credentials; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.
Why we use it
Hundred Mile Society uses this information to reserve a place, reconcile payments, provide entry and send essential event updates. Optional fields are optional. Joining our WhatsApp channel is a separate action; registration does not subscribe you.
Retention and access
Proposed retention: delete or anonymise attendee contact and costume details within 90 days after the event, unless a dispute requires longer retention. Financial records may need longer statutory retention; the organiser must confirm that period before launch. Backups and archived legacy bookings must follow the same policy. This is a proposed policy, not an automated deletion guarantee.
Your choices
Contact Hundred Mile Society through the contact page to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify that you own the booking. Withdrawal may prevent us providing essential event communications. Hosting providers and Razorpay process data needed to operate the service.
Browser storage
An essential HttpOnly owner cookie restricts access to your ticket. Admin sessions use a separate essential cookie. Your browser also saves a ticket link and checkout retry key to resume a booking. No advertising tracking is added by this app.
