Your booking
The Café Experience price is shown on the ticket card, payable through Razorpay. A place is confirmed only after captured payment has been verified by the server. Checkout holds last ten minutes; a late captured payment may require organiser review and refund if no place remains.
Attendance
Register only for yourself with accurate contact details. One confirmed ticket admits one person. A costume is compulsory. The event is on 31 October 2026 at Chimi’s Cafe, Borivali West, Eksar, Mumbai. The start time, run route and menu are still to be confirmed. Ask the organiser before paying if these details affect your decision.
Participation
The community run involves physical activity. Choose a pace suitable for you, follow organiser instructions and respect other guests and the venue. These draft terms do not waive rights available under applicable Indian law.
Changes and questions
The organiser must communicate material changes to registered attendees. Read the refund and cancellation policy before purchasing. Contact Hundred Mile Society for booking support and clarification.
